Biography

Mr. Aron served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Archrock, Inc., U.S. a natural gas contract compression services business, from August 2018 to June 2026, and as executive vice president and chief financial officer of HollyFrontier Corporation, an independent petroleum refiner and marketer of petroleum products, from July 2011 to March 2017. Prior to Frontier Oil Corporation’s merger with Holly Corporation in July 2011, Mr. Aron served Frontier in various capacities beginning in March 2001, including as executive vice president and chief financial officer. He also served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Nine Energy Service, Inc., a North American oilfield services company, from April to September 2017. Mr. Aron holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas and an M.B.A. from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.
