Biography

Ms. Gordon brings 30 years of executive and non-executive director experience in the capital markets and energy space, including two decades of direct investment experience in senior roles, as Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and PIMCO. She has strong governance experience, having served as chair, senior director, and committee member of various public companies, and she brings considerable expertise in portfolio management and equity and debt capital markets. Ms Gordon currently serves as non-executive chair of Capricorn Energy PLC, a FTSE-listed energy company, non-executive chair of Constellation Oil Services, a deep-water drilling oil services company and an independent non-executive director of Lion Finance Group PLC. Ms. Gordon holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin and an MA in Law and Diplomacy from Tufts University. She is a CFA Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Corporate Director Certificate from Harvard Business School.
