Biography

Mr. Pully serves as a corporate director, consultant, expert witness and part-time Operating Partner of Allied Industrial Partners. He has served on more than 50 public and private company boards across the energy, power, infrastructure, industrial, consumer, healthcare, technology and other industries. Mr. Pully’s recent public-company board service includes RumbleOn, Inc., where he served as a director, Chairman and Executive Chairman from May 2023 through June 2025 and chaired the Audit Committee, and Enzo Biochem, Inc., where he served as Chairman and Audit Committee Chair from October 2023 through August 2025. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pully was an investment banker at Bear Stearns, Bank of America Securities, Kidder Peabody and Wasserstein Perella, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, financings and other strategic transactions.

Mr. Pully is licensed as an attorney and certified public accountant in Texas, is a CFA Charterholder and holds various FINRA licenses. He earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting, with honors, from Georgetown University and his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law.
