Biography

Mr. Hundt has been our Chief Accounting Officer since July 2026. Prior to serving as Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. Hundt served as our Global Controller. Prior to joining New Fortress Energy, Mr. Hundt served as Corporate Controller of GXO Logistics from 2023 to 2025. Before GXO Logistics, Mr. Hundt held various finance and accounting leadership positions at Mastercard, including Assistant Corporate Controller, from 2015 to 2023. Prior to Mastercard, Mr. Hundt spent 11 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, including in the firm's National Office advising public company clients on complex accounting and SEC reporting matters. Mr. Hundt graduated from Le Moyne College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
