(NASDAQ: NFE) (“NFE” or the “Company”) announced today that it has launched an underwritten public offering (the “Offering”) of $150.0 million of shares of its Class A common stock (“Common Stock”). The underwriter has agreed to purchase all of the shares offered and the Company intends to grant the underwriter an option to purchase up to an additional $22.5 million of shares of Common Stock. The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general corporate purposes.

Morgan Stanley is acting as sole underwriter for the Offering.
